Are you getting enough Buyer and Seller leads?
by MattThere are many websites popping up that will take your listing and create an HTML ad on Craiglsist and other online classified sites, but none of them actaully capture leads directly from Craiglsist. My company is totally focused on getting you leads. Not only am I the CTO of Realivent, but I’m also the Co-founder of a top producing Real Estate Team (Top Producing in less then one year of business). The key is leads…you can never get too many.
Using a pretty HTML post on Craigslist will get you business, because when sellers see your add compared to all the typical text ads, it really makes you shine…and it looks like you spend the time to market your listings.

Sounds interesting. We might need to check it out. We are using Postlets and are pretty happy with it so far because you can post an add in just a couple of minutes since it pulls the zillow data on the property for you.

I thought I’d share the tip with you. With the craigslist tool you can easily post to all top cities, or stay within the top listing of one city.
August 19th, 2007 at 8:38 amA major issue with agents that manage their own internet presence (be it blog or any other) is that they have to either contract somebody to do the search engine optimization and marketing or just hope they have some unique quality that will put them at the top of the list in google and yahoo. It is much of a hassle as having print ads.

Agents have to find the solution that is more appropriate to their expertise. If they are not tech savvy lead generation companies are usually a better option.
