Realivent News Blidget
by Ken
I made my first Blidget (Blog Widget) and it was ridiculously simple (I'm sure some of you have already done this). It literally took me 2 minutes to make this and you can see it in action here. Make your own by going to http://www.widgetbox.com/ and just enter your blog URL, customize the colors and that's it - widgetbox does the rest. Let others subscribe to it and track how many hits you get. (doesn't it look like a Nano ?):
Enjoy!

That is a pretty cool widget. I am using it to get my blogged listing entries from my Ubertor site to my blog. Not sure if this is the best solution, however for now this widget is doing exactly what I need it for….
March 10th, 2007 at 9:42 pmHi Christoph, if you’re using Wordpress, you might consider trying our Featured Listing Plugin which will display all of your listing details directly in a Featured Listing page. It’s quite easy to use and as you get more listings, the listings are updated automatically using the plugin. If you want to try it, you can find it in our plugins section.

I don’t totally get the point of putting a widget on “your own blog” from somebody else’s blog. But i do see how setting up a widget with the feed from the Featured Listings would be cool.
Even though I have a blog I still don’t get the point of some of these widgets except they are fun and neat.
