Here are 3 new videos released for the the highly anticipated iPhone. As I watched the previews, I imagined several instances where this new toy could make your sellers remember you.

Here's a scenario…You're sitting down at the listing presentation and you're going through the part where you "wow" your sellers with your 20-point marketing plan. You've already demonstrated everything on your laptop and they're impressed. Well, now you pull out your shiny new iPhone toy to show them that you can do everything that you've just showed them on the laptop while you're on the road. You immediately turn on your iPhone, open a full motion video tour with voiceover showing the last home you sold. Then proceed with a slideshow of some of the other exciting homes you've sold in the past, turning your iPhone sideways, flicking the pictures to the panoramic backyard, then flipping it back to vertical to show them the 12 foot ceilings in the last Ranch Style home. After the virtual tour, you open the new web browser to show them the subject house on iPhone's Google map all with local coffee shops, demographic info, and nearby comps.

Finally, you open up your single property blog page and start writing an update on the listing that is currently on the market and publish it right in front of their eyes. The new post is sent to your RSS feed and you get a new email message displaying the last post. Finally, the iPhone rings and the caller id displays "Bob Buyer"….seller's impressed yet ?
