There are tons of RSS Feed burners and syndication tool options for your site. The problem with this is the more tools, buttons, gadgets you have on your site the messier your site gets (and it could get messy fast). With FeedButton
You can turn this:
Into this:
Big difference ? I think so! Try scrolling over our button on the right sidebar and upon rollover, you’ll notice that the other RSS buttons are still there, just tucked away nicely under one face to the public. Its easy and only takes a minute at the FEEDBUTTON.
We finally have a chance to do a quick post on the last 3 real estate conferences we’ve attended including the Santa Clara Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Attendance was high at all 3 despite the fact that the market is slower and spending less. At SCCAOR, we launched dynamic blogsites for a multitude of service providers including:
Home Inspectors
Appraisers
Mortgage Brokers and Agents
Stagers
Roofers
Landscapers
Real Estate Publishers
All sites share the same underlying blogsite platform that agents and brokers are currently using.
Here are a few pics of the events.

We’ve added lots of new themes to our agent blog platform packages and we’ve tested them with all of our plugins. With 100s and 1000s of Wordpress themes available we haven’t had a chance to test them all, but anything is possible from simple 3-column agent sites to 20 side-bar widgeted community sites. We will continue to add more themes and will provide more updates shortly…
There are plenty of technologies out there to help agents market their listings better visually. Some of the solutions that come to mind immediately are embedding videos , linking to virtual tours and adding slideshow buttons to listings. One common problem shared by all 3 of these techniques is the actual viewable area is too small to really make any impact on the viewer. This is because space is limited on the listing page thus forcing technologies to adapt by shrinking photos and video formats.
Well, Larry Lohrman who produces some of the best real estate photos on the net, pointed out on the GeekEStateblog that photo slideshows do not have to be size limiting. With some new tools such as Adobe Lightroom and monoslideshow template for Lightroom you can produce large image slideshows that can make your photos absolutely stand out from the crowd. Larry talks more about how to produce these large format slideshows here. The large format slideshows makes a huge (no pun intended) difference because you can showcase the details of your listings and provide the viewer a better sense of what its like to actually be there at the home. Here is an example of its use on Larry’s single property blog site.
